Peter Nünlist worked for many years in the banking sector as a financial analyst and portfolio manager. His enthusiasm for providing independent advice to his clients led him to set up his own investment team. At the beginning of 2007, he founded Peter Nünlist AG Investment Management und Services in Zurich. At that time Peter Nünlist won a strategy contest of the magazine CASH, which lasted for several years. The successful management of the mandates as well as the continuous development of the firm led to a steady expansion of the client base and the network.
This allowed access to versatile topics. Long-term partnerships have emerged that have expanded the company’s range of services for the benefit of its clients. Other mainstays developed in the area of preventive care and with a Sports Deskwhich provides athletes with comprehensive support in financial matters. In 2022, the asset management business was expanded through the integration of Unigamma AG. Since the company was founded in 2007, we have been a member of the Swiss Association of Asset Managers (SAAM), an association of independent asset managers committed to professional asset management. Since April 2022, we have also been one of the first asset management companies to hold a “Lizenz der Schweizer Finanzmarktaufsicht (FINMA)”, which meets the legal requirements of FIDLEG/FINIG.
